• Greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming and positive wellness experience
• Provide consultations or basic guidance on wellness programs, services, and solutions
• Assist clients in understanding wellness offerings and recommend suitable services based on their needs
• Model and uphold brand standards in demeanor, grooming, appearance, and communication
• Maintain accurate client records, bookings, and documentation
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Support daily operational tasks within the wellness center or facility
• Help maintain a clean, serene, and organized environment aligned with wellness standards
• Coordinate with team members to meet service quality expectations and operational requirements
• Stay updated on wellness practices, products, and programs offered by the company

Qualifications
