Wellbeing & Housing Support Officer (Homelessness)

AWD online is recruiting a Support and Wellbeing Officer in Birkenhead to provide person-centred support to residents facing homelessness and complex needs within supported accommodation.

The role involves developing support plans, delivering wellbeing activities, and collaboration with external agencies to enhance residents' wellbeing and assist in achieving housing stability.

Salary is £26,297 per annum plus benefits, with full-time permanent hours set at 35 per week.
