Overview

We are seeking a welding supervisor for our client Dinolift Oy in a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the welding and machining departments to ensure smooth production flow and delivery reliability.
• Support cost calculations for upcoming contract manufacturing.
• Focus on workplace safety, personnel management, and leadership.
• Oversee technical, quality, and standard compliance requirements of welding activities and ensure they are implemented in daily production.
• Lead and instruct welding personnel; maintain welder qualifications; oversee welding method tests.
• Manage welding suppliers and monitor production technology development to identify opportunities.
• Participate in procurement and commissioning of production equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
