Welding Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily welding operations ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while managing a diverse team of welders.
• Review project blueprints and specifications to determine the necessary welding techniques and equipment needed for successful execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of welding work to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality assurance policies.
• Train and mentor junior welders, providing guidance on techniques and best practices to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or a related field is highly preferred.
