Welding Engineer

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Minth North America is looking for a highly motivated Welding and Joining Engineer joining our fast growing Body Structure Technology Center based in Windsor Ontario.

In this position, you will play a very important role in leading welding and joining process development for new projects, ensuring manufacturability of assembly process design, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and qualifying welding processes and procedures (WPS), troubleshooting welding defects, selecting appropriate welding equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
