**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Welder to join our team, specializing in structural steel and bridge projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in structural welding and fitting, along with proficient blueprint reading skills.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding, layout, and fitting of structural steel components and bridge girders with speed and accuracy without supervision.
+ Interpret and understand complex blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications related to structural steel and bridge projects.
+ Identify steel shapes, layout and fit beams, columns, show weld size, piece marks, direction marks, etc.
+ Utilize various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, overhead cranes, and measuring instruments to accomplish fitting tasks.
