Summary You will serve as a WELDER SUPERVISOR I in the STRUCTURAL AND FABRICATION SHOP - CODE 920 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan work assignments of personnel, equipment, facilitate scheduling qualifications, training, and develop specialized skills and procedures. You will schedule, coordinate and direct the accomplishment of work projects or operation in accordance with project needs and schedules. You will provide input to develop processes and procedures for accomplishing work. You will promote and administer management programs such as safety, employee ideas, quality assurance, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and energy conservation.
