Welder (Stick & Wire Feed / MIG Welder) – Joplin Area Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder (Stick & Wire Feed / MIG Welder) for a growing metal fabrication company in the Joplin area. This is a hands-on welding role for candidates who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for a long-term job with the potential to be hired on by the client. Starting pay: $25-30/hr (based off experience) Requirements for the Welder (Stick & Wire Feed / MIG Welder):

Experience with stick welding and wire feed (MIG welding) required

Ability to read blueprints and follow welding specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
