+ Work from **blueprints, drawings, and work instructions**
+ **Set up, align, and secure materials prior to welding**
+ **Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy**
+ **Use hand and power tools for fitting, prepping, and finishing parts**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **1–3 years of MIG welding experience** or a welding certification
+ Experience with **TIG welding** is a plus
