**Welder – Rockford, TN | $24/hr | 7:00AM–3:30PM (Includes Weekends)**
**Our client is seeking an experienced Welder** to join their Production Department and support the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Maintain and process critical metals used in production
+ Weld **Iridium Crucibles** and other materials to precise specifications
+ Clean metals using a **media blaster** and prepare surfaces for production
+ Press and form metals to meet required standards
+ Keep accurate records of all operations, both on paper and in databases
+ Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ **High School Diploma or equivalent**
+ **1–2 years of welding experience** (aluminum experience preferred)
