Job Description
Helps to ensure the achievement of daily production plans for welding; abides by code of discipline and standard operating procedures; able to follow work instructions and collaborate with other operators in order to approve productivity and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operates MIG, TIG, Robot, and/or Laser welding machine
- Ensures the quality of products being worked on through grinding and alignment
- Learns skills that will improve productivity
- Safekeeping of tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks
- Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes
- Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
