**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder who is proficient in welding fabrications and other work as directed by supervisory staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in welding various types of steel and aluminum, with experience in bench and MIG welding.

**Responsibilities**

+ Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components using bench and MIG techniques.
+ Perform all aspects of welding area tasks.
+ Grind welds to ensure smooth finishes.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when necessary.
+ Follow directions from supervisory staff and adhere to their guidance.
+ Attend and successfully complete company-sponsored welding training programs.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.
