Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking to add a number of welders to their team in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities include:
- Operate hand-welding equipment to join metal components, or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products
- Ability to read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise and accurate welding in agreement with the customer’s design specifications
- Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances.
- Communicate and problem solve with others in a reasonable and professional manner and work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order - free of debris and perform proper maintenance
- Maintain clean equipment, tools, and work area
- Follow established safety procedures and work safely all day
