This role focuses on structural and custom welding, combining hands-on fabrication, assembly, and occasional paint preparation to support the production of large crane structures. You will follow engineering drawings and approved procedures to produce high-quality welds while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and precision.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret and follow instructions and engineering drawings to perform structural and custom welding.
+ Weld parts using approved welding procedures to meet quality and safety standards.
+ Support the setup of welding equipment, work layouts, and weld preparations to ensure efficient workflow.
+ Position, align, and clamp components together prior to welding to maintain accuracy and fit.
