**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to apply your welding and metal fabrication skills in a dynamic production environment that builds a wide range of custom metal products. You will work on agricultural equipment such as tillage tools, storage tanks, fertilizer spreaders, HVAC equipment for industrial plants, and other custom projects. The work changes regularly, giving you exposure to different products and fabrication challenges from week to week.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and wirefeed welding on agricultural and industrial equipment, including tillage equipment, storage tanks, fertilizer spreaders, HVAC equipment for plants, and other custom metal products.
+ Set up and adjust welding machines to ensure proper weld quality and adherence to specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and layouts, or train on blueprint reading, to accurately lay out and assemble products.
