Job title: Welder Vacancy type: Full time Salary: Market-related Location: Silverton, Pretoria Duties: Read and interpret drawings and welding specifications. Perform welding using CO2 (MIG/MAG) and TIG (GTAW) processes on various metals. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment. Inspect and test welds to meet quality and code standards. Carry out repairs, rework, and finishing as needed. Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Requirements: Trade certification and double coded welder qualification (CO2 and TIG) - beneficial. Experience working with aluminium and thick steel. Matric - beneficial  Boiler maker experience - beneficial Proven experience as a welder, with competency in both CO2 and TIG processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
