**Job Title: Welder / Fabricator – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing MIG, TIG, and related welding and fabrication tasks on steel, stainless steel, zinc, and other metals in a job shop environment. You will read and interpret blueprints and work orders, set up and operate welding equipment, and assemble and fit parts to meet production and quality standards with some supervision.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to understand job requirements and specifications.
+ Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to blueprints with some assistance as needed.
+ Turn on welding machines, connect cables properly, and adjust machine settings to achieve proper weld penetration and appearance.
