The Welcome Specialist sets the tone for an excellent customer experience by greeting and directing the customer to get the appropriate resolution to build customer loyalty.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Approaches and greets every visitor to the store, promptly and professionally in order to encourage a positive customer experience in the Retail store
• Diffuses potential confrontational situations by exercising patience and practicing good techniques
• Assesses the customer's situation to determine the sales/service request as well as merchandise desired
• Enters the customer in the relevant queue along with the reason for visiting the
• Assists waiting customers with preliminary paperwork that will be required for their transaction, i.e. completion of subscriber forms
