The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising the nursing care of residents on assigned units. They will provide appropriate evaluation of resident condition/and documents, communicating vital information to appropriate personnel. The LPN ensures the delivery of nursing care on the unit is consistent with facility standards, and established policies and procedures.
