As a Clinical Team Director Registered Nurse, you’ll lead an interdisciplinary hospice team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that honors life and offers comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their loved ones. In this key leadership role, you’ll provide direction, mentorship, and oversight to nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and other care team members while promoting clinical excellence, collaboration, and accountability. You’ll oversee care planning, facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, support quality improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive proactive patient care management that results in exceptional patient and family experiences.
