Part Time Weekend Host/Receptionist

We are looking for a customer-focused Weekend Receptionist/Welcome Host to join our Volvo dealership in Reading. This role is more than meeting and greeting or answering the telephone. You are often our customer’s first impression of Waylands, and as such we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience. Our preferred candidate will bring personality, warmth and efficiency to the role.

Duties Will Include

• Meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments.
• Answering the phone and transferring calls accordingly.
• Post and courier management.
• Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager.
