Weekend Guest Relations & Operations Coordinator

Portland Brown Ltd is looking for a detail-focused Guest Relations Assistant to join our weekend operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate serviced apartment operations to ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay. You will plan, schedule, and support our field team while maintaining communication with colleagues and guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach, with a salary up to £30,000 per annum (pro rata) along with various perks and training opportunities.
