- Create and prepare floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders
- Conceptualise floral designs based on client requirements and themes
- Manage floral inventory and coordinate purchases
- Guide and support junior florists in daily operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Assist with onsite floral setup, installations, and maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of floristry experience
- Experience in wedding and event floristry preferred
- Strong floral design and colour coordination skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
