Provide highly personalized and attentive service to wedding couples, their families, and wedding guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout all wedding-related events and stays. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for wedding couples, VIP wedding guests, bridal parties, and family members, anticipating and fulfilling their needs with exceptional attention to detail. Welcome and assist wedding guests upon arrival, coordinating closely with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in experiences and personalized room arrangements. Deliver amenities, refreshments, coffee, tea, and other special requests promptly and professionally.
