:Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Field Engineer or Area Supervisor, the incumbentis responsible formaintainingcontracted assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, end treatments, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per standards and conditions specified in the contract.
The pay range for this position is $28-$30 hourly, depending on previous experience and qualifications.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including signs, guardrails, fence, potholes, adding or replacing reflectors and shouldering
Operate vehicles and equipment asrequired: for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair; repair/maintenance of slopes, berms, culverts, drains, etc.; to control vegetation appearance and growth.
Removal of snow and ice by using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
