Job Overview

Under the supervision of the store management team, your main responsibility is to process product orders placed through the company website.

Responsibilities

• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products: remove hangers, check items for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels and remove sales labels as needed.
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system.
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders.
• Prepare the weekly supply order.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments.
• Perform other duties to support the team as needed.
