Web Growth Strategy Lead

Xero is seeking a Web Strategy Lead to own its digital front door and align marketing with cross-functional teams. You will translate high-level business goals into actionable digital requirements and partner with Engineering and Product to prioritise and deliver.

You will ensure every visitor moves with clarity toward becoming a customer. You will optimise user journeys, map personas, manage the web backlog, evolve the CMS content model, and champion a library of reusable components.
