We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tech & Design Associate to join Think School's growth team. You will be responsible for designing and building high-converting websites, creating seamless user experiences, and supporting digital initiatives across our products and programs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, hands-on experience with WordPress, and the ability to turn ideas into polished digital experiences.

- Design clean, user-friendly, and conversion-focused website interfaces using Figma

- Build, manage, and optimize websites using WordPress

- Create responsive website layouts and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to execute digital projects
