This role is best suited to individuals motivated by long-term growth, performance and personal accountability. It requires consistency, resilience and a long-term mindset, particularly during the early months while a pipeline is being built.

This is a self‑employed, commission‑only role, so there is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are directly linked to your own activity, client acquisition, conversion and business written.
