**Strategic Risk & Controls Leadership**

+ Serve as a strategic partner to regional product management teams and functional teams — including Risk & Controls, Business Product Teams, ICRM, ORM, and COO — to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across Wealth's deposits and lending product suite.
+ Provide executive level thought leadership to Product Heads, surfacing areas of elevated firm risk and making the case for targeted investments in technology, talent, and infrastructure to strengthen the control environment.
+ Proactively identify control gaps and collaborate with business and risk stakeholders to design and implement robust, scalable solutions that address vulnerabilities before they materialize.
