Wayleaves Specialist

A secondment opportunity is available for a Wayleaves Specialist based in Gloucester for a period of up to 12 months subject to review. You will be accountable to the Team Manager for the provision of specialist estates and survey services to your own and other teams. Your main duties and responsibilities will be the negotiation of complex consents, wayleaves, easements, and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets, to settle significant damage claims and to design, survey and prepare specifications for major overhead line schemes. You may also provide support in the management of the tree cutting program. In addition, you will be required to identify training needs of your own and other team members and provide training as necessary in estates and survey related Matters.
