Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the WWW segment by promoting Schneider Electric's full portfolio (EcoStruxure Automation, Software, and Power solutions).
Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government water authorities (e.g., NWC, SWCC), private developers, major consultants, and EPC contractors.
Prescription & Specification: Work closely with engineering consultants to influence project specifications and prescribe Schneider Electric solutions at the early stages of project design.
Solution Selling: Shift from product-selling to high-value solution-selling, integrating IoT, software, asset management, and energy efficiency solutions.
