About the role:
We are looking for a full-time Warranty Specialist to join the Aftersales Commercial Vehicle team at BYD UK, Hounslow, London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reviewing warranty claims, managing warranty payments. The role will also manage warranty parts returns, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies.
Working location: Hounslow, London (Fully office-based)
Key responsibilities:
Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
