Warranty Associate

Servco is looking for a Warranty Associate to join our Servco Quality Division. This position will play a key role in processing warranty claims for distributors and warranty coverage and provide our dealerships assistance with claims processing. Responsibilities

• Review daily claim submission by dealers to ensure necessary information is submitted accurately
• Analyze repairs to determine allowable conditions for warranty acceptance based on manufacturer’s guidelines
• Determine acceptance or denial of warranty claim
• Assist dealers over the phone and via email with questions or corrections to warranty claim
• Process claim submissions through Servco and manufacturer’s claim system
• Prepare data on Excel spreadsheets for claim payment processing
• Review monthly claim submission by Subaru of America to authorize payment
