Warehousing Manager

Position Summary

We are recruiting a Warehousing Manager for our Mount Pearl warehouse at Tamal Industrial Rubber Ltd., a leading industrial rubber supplier in Atlantic Canada. The manager will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate staff, and maintain inventory accuracy across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct shift schedules, assign daily tasks, train new hires, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee stock takes, track shipments, and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct equipment inspections, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to prioritize orders and meet customer demands.
