Warehouse Worker

The Warehouse Worker performs essential physical and administrative duties to support facility-wide logistics including shipping and receiving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and moving, managing the preservation, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving Inspection & ERP Data Entry

   • Unload and sling loads, safely unloading incoming delivery trucks.
   • Review packaging or advice notes against purchase orders and required compliance certificates.
   • Verify quantities and descriptions of goods against the PO and record findings on the goods received note.
   • Mark discrepancies on the note and alert the purchasing department immediately.
   • Tag incoming goods and place them in the designated awaiting inspection area.
   • Distribute all relevant receiving paperwork to the correct departments.
