**Responsibilities**
+ Operate rewind machines to wind finished cable onto appropriate spools following the extrusion and coating process.
+ Load and unload large cable spools safely and efficiently using proper techniques and tools.
+ Monitor line speed, tension, and alignment to ensure proper winding and prevent product defects.
+ Inspect cable and finished product for defects and verify that all quality standards and specifications are met.
+ Make basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency and product consistency.
+ Follow daily production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet output and throughput requirements.
+ Accurately label, document, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment.
+ Use hand and power tools as needed to support machine operation and material handling.
