Warehouse & Trucking Executive (OE/SOE)

To support the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover end-to-end billing and invoicing and other documentation including managing customer requirements. He/She is required to coordinate with customers, contractors, truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. He/She is also required to handle staff administrative matters together with a team of supervisors and admin staff.

Day-to-Day support of customers operation and requirements

• Manage day-to-day administrative matters of PESD staff.
• To work with trucking and warehouse team for the received invoices and to verify that all billing documents are validated.
• To ensure all trucking permits and shipping documents are in order and properly documented for invoices billed to PESD.
