Location: Tuas Avenue
Working Day & Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm,
Alternate Saturday: 08:30am - 12:30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

• Supervise & lead a team of customer service staff to fulfil customers’ orders.
• Liaise with customers via e‑mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Process billing invoices to customer promptly.
• Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
