Warehouse Supervisor

Basic information: 5 days work week, 7.30am - 5pm OR 2.30pm to 12am. Gross UP $3500 AWS and allowances provided West area Job Scope: Ensure smooth daily assembly and warehouse operations, and coordinate with transporters and internal teams to resolve operational issues. Plan manpower allocation and monitor picking productivity to ensure sufficient resources are available. Supervise pickers' performance and service standards, and report operational concerns when necessary. Investigate and follow up on store claims and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions. Oversee picking operations, including order accuracy, productivity KPIs, and fulfillment timelines to ensure timely order processing. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the assembly department.
