A wholesale distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a second shift position working Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Lead the process for accurate receiving and shipping activity in the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors, cherry pickers, etc. when needed
- Perform all pre-operation inspections to ensure that the machinery is in working-order and fill out the inspection log
- Make sure all trucks are loaded on time and damage free
- Train team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areas
- Supervise a shift of 8 to 10 associates to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processes
