Warehouse Supervisor

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Logistics Planning & System Construction

Formulate and implement introduction plans for logistics facilities and equipment to support operational upgrading. Plan the overall logistics network and lead the preparation and construction of new warehouses in line with the company’s business expansion. Conduct in-depth research and data analysis on logistics projects, and continuously put forward demands for logistics information systems to promote the digital construction and iterative optimization of warehouse management.

2. Strategic Management & Cost Control

Establish and improve core logistics service assessment indicators, including on-time warehousing rate, on-time delivery rate, return processing timeliness, labor efficiency, space utilization rate, inventory accuracy and other key metrics.
