Warehouse supervisor

Daily Operations Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Ensure materials and finished goods are received, labelled, wrapped, and dispatched accurately. Supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and resolve operational issues to improve workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Inventory & Stock Control Implement best practices for inventory management and stock accuracy. Conduct daily/weekly counts, cycle counts, and variance investigations. Maintain accurate inventory master file records and ensure timely stock-takes. Achieve and sustain a minimum 95% stock availability and fill rate. Manage spare orders, outstanding orders, and monthly spares activity reports. Reduce spares older than 9 months by 3% annually.
