Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a full-time, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily dock and warehouse operations within an LTL transportation environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound/outbound freight, inventory accuracy, yard coordination, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time freight movement.

This is a working supervisor role in a fast-paced LTL terminal where leadership, urgency, and operational accuracy are critical (team of 25+)

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

• Supervise inbound/outbound freight flow and dock operations
• Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and freight documentation (BOLs, PODs)
• Lead warehouse associates, forklift operators, and yard staff
