Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols to minimize accidents.

Manage inventory control processes including stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent loss.

Train, mentor and schedule warehouse staff to optimize productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Proven experience managing teams of 20-50+ warehouse associates.

Exposure to inbound, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and returns management.

Experience working in WMS/ERP-driven warehouse environments.
