The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for the full shift — safety, productivity, on-time shipments, order accuracy, and the people. You will own shift performance data, partner with staffing needs, and build a floor culture where associates know expectations, feel supported, and take pride in their work. This is a high-visibility role in a company that is actively building its U.S. operation.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations across inbound, outbound, and returns for your assigned shift

• Own shift KPIs: safety incidents, productivity, on-time ship %, order accuracy, and attendance

• Schedule labor, manage timecards, and partner with staffing decisions, disciplinary matters, and performance reviews

• Conduct safety briefs, manage incident reporting, and drive corrective actions — including OSHA compliance
