Warehouse Supervisor (1st Shift)

JOB SUMMARY

To directly supervise warehouse employees and processes in order to achieve maximum operational efficiency, meet or exceed all quality and productivity goals, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Ensure that daily operations are safe and effective

•Work closely with Management to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency

•Organize the warehouse and strategically use resources to maximize efficiency in daily operations

•Continuously develop and implement new ideas to improve performance and reduce cost

•Oversee employee training and ensure that employees are following established operational and organizational procedures
