Warehouse Shift Officer - SCommerce SCommerce (Bacolod)

Job Description

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) to the Shift Lead or appropriate department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
