Warehouse Operative

We’re currently looking for a full‑time Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Pease Pottage.

In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, preparing and dispatching shipments, receiving and organising inbound stock, and carrying out quality checks on returned items.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, order fulfilment, and return processing
• Unload deliveries and organise inventory according to procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain stock replenishment levels
• Participate in companywide stocktakes, and support in improving accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct outbound operations, including booking orders, wrapping pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
