Warehouse Operative – Nights (10pm – 6am)

• 22:00 – 06:00 (Sun‑Thu / Mon‑Fri / Sun‑Fri, 5 over 6)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coldstore Picker
  • Work in frozen warehouse environments (-20°C)
  • Pick stock accurately onto pallets using modern picking systems
  • Follow strict health & safety, food hygiene, and PPE protocols
• Ambient Picker
  • Pick and handle stock in a busy warehouse environment
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining safety standards
• POLO Picker (Chilled)
  • Sort and load stock into cages within a chilled warehouse
  • Handle manual tasks safely and efficiently while following all hygiene standards

Pay Rates

• Order Pickers: £12.81/hr – £13.34/hr
